PrimeGuard Solutions began as a single insurance and tax advisory practice run by Krishna Murari out of Dholi, near the Sakra Block office in Muzaffarpur. Over time, the same families kept asking for help with more than just insurance — RTO paperwork, ITR filing, GST registration, and eventually, a website for their own business or school.
Rather than sending clients elsewhere, we built out each capability in-house. Today, PrimeGuard Solutions is a proprietorship offering four connected services — Insurance, Tax & Compliance, RTO Services and Digital Solutions — while keeping the same personal, door-open approach it started with.

Krishna Murari founded PrimeGuard Solutions to bring dependable, face-to-face financial guidance to families across Muzaffarpur. With a practice built on insurance advisory, tax filing and RTO facilitation, he works directly with clients to understand their situation before recommending a single policy or filing a single form.
Over the years, that same client-first approach shaped PrimeGuard Solutions into a broader consultancy — one that now also builds websites and apps for the schools, shops and institutions in the same community it has always served.
